Final-Details Questionnaire: Approximately one month before your wedding, you'll receive my comprehensive questionnaire covering the details I need to confidently step into your plans and prepare for your wedding day.

Final Coordination Meeting(s): One to two meetings leading up to your wedding to walk through your plans, review logistics, identify outstanding details and ensure we're aligned for the day.

Wedding Document Review: I'll review the key documents you provide—including your timeline, floor plan, vendor information, rental details and other relevant wedding-day materials—to familiarize myself with your plans and flag any questions or logistical concerns.

Wedding Day Timeline Development: Starting with the plans and information you've created, I'll develop and refine a detailed wedding-day timeline that brings all the moving pieces together.

Floor Plan Review & Guidance: I'll review your completed floor plan and provide guidance on layout, flow and wedding-day logistics as needed.

Rehearsal Coordination: Up to two hours of on-site rehearsal coordination to ensure your wedding party knows where to be, what to do and what to expect.

12 Hours of Wedding-Day Coordination: Up to 12 consecutive hours of on-site coordination, scheduled based on your wedding's needs. I'll oversee logistics, manage the timeline, coordinate vendors, troubleshoot unexpected issues and serve as the primary point of contact so you can be fully present for your celebration.

Wedding-Day Vendor Coordination: I'll serve as the primary point of contact for your vendors on the wedding day, helping keep arrivals, setup and timing aligned with your plans.
